The project reflects the historical moment in which the state—The Russian Federation—finds itself. Open external aggression and various internal restrictions and bans turn life into a manifestation of a dystopian novel. The "mad printer" churns out new laws, transforming the country into an endless, cyclical news feed of prohibitions. The distortion of meanings and concepts disorients and immerses society in an atmosphere of hopelessness and fear. "War is peace, peace is war." It becomes unclear what is permissible and what is not. A person standing on the street with a blank sheet of paper in hand risks not returning home.
